What we collect
When you join a candidate list or send a partner, donor, or mentor inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, email, organization or school, expected graduation year, areas of interest, and your message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, assess program interest, and plan the fellowship. We send broader Foundation updates only when you separately choose them. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Website form responses are stored in the secure database used by this site and may be copied into the Foundation's approved operating systems as the program is established. Access is limited to people who need the information for Foundation work.
Payments
This website does not currently collect card or bank information. If online giving is activated, payment details will be handled by the disclosed payment processor under its own privacy and security terms. Do not send financial account information through a contact form or email.
Retention and choices
We keep inquiry information only as long as it remains useful for the purpose you requested, legal recordkeeping, or program planning. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop updates, by emailing tgroenke@ardenclark.com.
Changes
We may update this note as the fellowship and online giving systems are finalized. The effective date above will change when the policy does.
