Arden Clark knows how to add practical operating capacity when the work cannot wait. The Foundation turns that capability into a public good—pairing emerging talent with real responsibility and surrounding both the fellow and host with experienced support.
Why now? The Class of 2027 is entering its final year, and strong host roles take months to scope. Starting now lets the Foundation publish real work, clear pay, and committed supervisors before applications open.
