For community organizations

Bring work worth finishing.

Host a fellow for a year or propose a focused capacity project. Either way, we start with a real priority, a clear owner, and a result your organization can keep using.

Choose the right amount of capacity.

01 / Host a fellow

A full-time person for a full year.

Best for an organization with meaningful day-to-day work, one defined capacity-building project, and a supervisor ready to invest in an emerging leader.

  • 12-month role with clear responsibilities
  • One strategic project with a durable handoff
  • Host supervision plus Foundation support
  • A meaningful financial contribution toward the placement
02 / Capacity partnership

A focused sprint with senior help.

Arden Clark may donate senior consulting time for selected charitable projects. The nonprofit makes a modest program contribution and commits the people, information, and leadership attention needed to make the work stick.

  • Focused scope and a named executive sponsor
  • Arden Clark consulting time provided pro bono
  • Scaled partner contribution toward program support
  • Clear implementation owner and follow-through plan

Free expertise still needs an owner.

Arden Clark can contribute its professional time. The participating organization contributes a modest, right-sized program fee, names a senior sponsor, makes staff available, and gives the work access to the information it needs.

A donor may underwrite the fee when resources are tight. Ownership, attention, and follow-through cannot be outsourced.

Important enough to matter. Clear enough to finish.

Fellows and pro bono teams are capacity builders, not substitutes for routine staffing.

04

Support

Supervise the work while the Foundation provides program leadership and senior mentorship.

The organization is ready to participate, not just receive.

Tell us what needs to move.

You do not need a finished project brief. Share the priority and we'll help decide whether a fellow, a capacity sprint, or a different path makes sense.
